Camille Bailey

Camille Bailey is an experienced litigation attorney with a strong background in condominium, business, and child advocacy matters. She currently practices at Sajdera, P.A. in Boca Raton, Florida, where she represents condominiums and individual clients in business litigation. Her practice includes handling discovery, developing case strategy, preparing matters for trial and handling trial.

Prior to joining Sajdera, P.A., Camille has served as a Staff Attorney with Legal Aid Service of Broward County for nearly six years. In that role, she represented more than one hundred children in foster care within the 17th Judicial Circuit. She regularly appeared in shelter, arraignment, permanency, and judicial review hearings, as well as mediations and trials, including termination of parental rights proceedings. She also drafted and filed pleadings, conducted legal research, and collaborated with teachers, therapists, doctors, and other stakeholders to advocate for her clients’ best interests.

Earlier in her career, Camille was a Court Case Manager with the Office of the Court Administrator in the 17th Judicial Circuit, where she supported judges presiding over dependency, delinquency, domestic violence, and family dockets. She ensured compliance with statutory deadlines and contributed to the Permanency Pilot Project, which analyzed and addressed systemic disparities in child welfare.

She began her career as a Volunteer Attorney with the Office of the Public Defender in the 11th Judicial Circuit in Miami, managing a caseload of more than 90 cases. In that role, she successfully argued motions, negotiated plea agreements, deposed witnesses, and prepared cases for trial.

Camille brings to her practice a breadth of litigation experience, a deep commitment to client advocacy, and the ability to manage complex cases from inception through trial.
